If you haven’t done so already, please read my previous article about the lawsuit against John Travolta, to get you up to speed with the current situation:
Every coin has two sides, and today, we shall explore the details given by “victim”, “John Doe”, and evidence proving JT’s innocence by TMZ.
“John Doe” insists “I have proof to support the truth that I’m telling,”, and has apparently passed a lie detector test conducted by the National Enquirer. The 14-page legal document against the star states that the appointment “started out polite and charming, but then when things didn’t go [Travolta’s] way things digressed.”. It also declares that the actor promised not to touch the male masseur, but “Travolta quickly tried to rub the head of Plaintiff’s penis as he tried to pull away.”
A second masseur, being identified as “John Doe2”, has also came forward claiming that he too was also sexually assaulted and was the victim of “inappropriate behavior” at a resort in Atlanta, Georgia.
John Doe’s claims are said to have taken place the night of the 16th of January.
John Doe the second claims to have been sexually assaulted as well, on the 28th of January.
The “Pulp Fiction” star’s representative goes forth by saying,
“None of the events claimed in the suit ever occurred. The Plaintiff, who refuses to give their name, knows the suit is a baseless lie.”
Until recently, Travolta unfortunately had no evidence to prove his innocence other then his word. Though TMZ has produced photographs proving his whereabouts on the night in question – at least for John Doe’s accusations – 2, 475 miles away from the location of the apparent incident.
A restaurant receipt from Mr Chow’s in New York on the 16th of January was also found. The bill totaled $382, and the star generously gave the server, Stefan, a $100 tip.
