  4. Update3.

While John Doe was arguing with his calendar (which lead to the lawyer dropping the case), John Doe 2 and Fabian Zanzi – the third accuser – have been busy at work.

The accusations made by the second male masseur in Atlanta have been requested to be settled with a private judge during mediation. Should the courts grant the request for mediation, proceeding would imply that the allegations are being taken into serious consideration by the actor’s representatives (whom still deny all claims).

“Marty Singer, and Okorie Okorocha have spoken and both are working on the ground rules for the evidence and procedure about how the mediation will proceed, and that process could take 1-2 months,” a source said.

“This is commonly done before formal mediation begins. Both sides will agree to keep all transcripts sealed, as well as all witness statements, depositions, etc. The lawsuit will be heard by a private judge, who will decide how much money if any the accuser will receive.”

“All of the proceedings will be strictly confidential, but make no mistake, this will be a dog fight, that will take place out of the public forum.”

“This is done for a plethora of reasons, mainly, this will allow the masseur’s identity from being made public, and it would just be a media circus if it did go to trial This will be the best way for the case to be heard with minimal disruption to John Travolta and the masseur’s life.”

On the other hand, Travolta’s attorney Marty Singer’s response to Zanzi’s reports was simply,
“The report now confirms Mr. Zanzi fabricated his story about my client.”
“He never stated that my client did anything wrong. Obviously, if he engaged in any inappropriate conduct, he would have reported it to his supervisors.”
According to the incident reports made by Zanzi, the room steward was sent to deliver something to Travolta’s room, which was when the star asked him for a neck massage. Considering the man’s status in society, Zanzi claimed he felt obliged to do as ask, despite being uncomfortable. Though when asked to return to the room later that night for a visit, the cruise line employee refused.
Regardless of his claims, after the incident had been reported, Zanzi was disciplined and later fired for the neck massage, which in itself is a violation of the no-fraternization rule.
The “victim” of that night has now stepped forward to insist that there were more details left untold, claiming Travolta opened his robe, gave him a large hug and offered the employee $12, 000 for sex and silence.
