The first lawsuit made against John Travolta by John Doe was dismissed just this week. Lawyer, Okorie Okorocha, still currently represents John Doe 2, but decided that based on evidence proving John Travolta’s whereabouts on the 16th of January, John Doe’s case was a misfire.
But that hasn’t stopped him.
“Mr. Doe’s lawsuit was dismissed without prejudice which means that he is still legally entitled to file another lawsuit against John Travolta if he chooses.”
“I [now] represent John Doe Number One,” Allred confirmed to People.
“We are in the process of conferring with him regarding the next steps, which he may wish to take. Our client and our firm has no further comment.”
“As a result of the published lies about my client we expect some John Does to come out of the woodwork and assert false claims,” Marty Singer, J.T’s attorney, said,
Are people now simply poking fun and hoping for 15 minutes of fame, even if they have to remain behind the curtain during that time, or has John Travolta went from stud to dud?
