Four years ago at the tender age of 15, doctors warned the 460 pound, Type 2 Diabetic that she needed to lose 280 pounds, otherwise she may possibly die.
Georgia Davis, who was announced as Britain’s Largest Teenager, dedicated herself to exercising and diet, losing nearly 200 pounds. Unfortunately, the teen relapsed to a 13, 000 calorie-a-day diet and now weighs in at 840 pounds.
Last week, the now 19-year-old Georgia had to be rushed from her home in South Wales to the hospital after collapsing from breathing problems and chest pains. Though in order to get her to the emergency room, a 40-man rescue team underwent an eight-hour operation to create a 10-foot by 10-foot hole in her back bedroom wall, which had ultimately became her prison for the 6 months she remained immobile.
The young girl was airlifted by a crane on a special stretcher through her mother’s demolished roof, and transported via reinforced ambulance.
