Paramount Pictures is in the process of attempting to bring back the Baywatch series through film, and it has actor Jeremy Jackson steaming with anticipation.
Jackson, who played Hoff’s son Hobie Buchannon, already has a candidate in mind when it comes to potential actors to portray his former character. He truly believes that this 18-year-old teen heartthrob is perfect for the part, and is even willing to train him in the art of life guarding for free (though only asks that he can take the boy’s “Batmobile” Cadillac for a spin on the weekends in return).
Have you guessed who yet?
Jeremy Jackson wants Justin Bieber to play his slow-mo “younger self” from the hit series.
In May, Justin Bieber performed a free concert in Oslo, Norway, were a rowdy crowd took control of the night. A total of 49 girls were injured and 14 of them had to be taken by ambulance to the hospital (although in the end, no one was severely injured). The Mayor of Oslo was even forced to hide behind a tree in order to avoid being trampled by the overly-ecstatic crowd.
And now there’s going to be a film with him running around topless in slow motion*? … I have a feeling that this won’t end well… /facepalm.
*Please note that Paramount Pictures has not confirmed whether they have offered the role to Justin Bieber, nor if he is even interested in the part. Reports were made by Jeremy Jackson himself when asked who he wished to have portray his older character.
